Specifically engineered to mitigate the post-impact trauma and fragmentation threats experienced behind ICW (in conjunction with) hard armour systems, the ARES™ is purpose-built to slot in behind your existing hard armour plate.

Based on Spectra Shield® fibers laminated in a high-density rubber elastomer resin system combined with an aggressive edge stitch for increased multi-hit performance, the ARES™ also features a CARNA™ AT insert with SBR adhered high-tenacity Twaron® fibers for late-stage energy mitigation.

While being the least flexible of our layups, the ARES™ provides impressive threat mitigation if used as a standalone soft armour insert in a carrier system.

This layup is only available in a plate cut and cannot be purchased for use in a wrap-around vest. Furthermore, the stitching makes the final product incredibly rigid. It is, therefore, not recommended to be worn by persons with curvilinear body features.

The ATALAN™ series hybridises high-density Spectra Shield® fibers with high-tenacity, thin and flexible Gold Shield® unidirectional laminates based on Twaron® fibers with rubber elastomer and polyurethane resin systems.

The final layup offers advanced multi-hit threat mitigation while maintaining a thin and flexible profile, suitable for special operations and general patrol use.

Explicitly designed to offer similar features to our ARGO™ series in a value-oriented package without compromising on ballistic properties, the series is only slightly denser and thicker than its higher-end counterpart.

Using a groundbreaking, unique hybrid laminate technology based on one of the thinnest yarns ever made in the para-aramid spinning process, the PROTEA™ series provides one of the most flexible armour solutions to date, with incredible trauma mitigation and an impressive threat profile.

Because of the incredibly thin yarns, the final package is among the slimmest ballistic packages available. Paired with its unparalleled flexibility, it is among the most concealable armour packages on the market, perfect for those working undercover or in special operations.

Another benefit is that this hybrid laminate can move co-axially completely unhindered. This makes it particularly well suited for those with curvilinear body features, such as personnel with busts, or those required to be exceptionally agile while on duty.

The ARGO™ series is an ultra-lightweight hybridised layup using state-of-the-art Spectra Shield® fibers with thin and flexible Gold Shield® laminates using lightweight polyolefin and polyurethane resin systems, allowing for more ballistic material at a lower weight.

The final layup is multi-hit rated and, defeats advanced threats while maintaining an incredibly slim profile and boasting unparalleled trauma mitigation, making it the perfect choice for all-day covert wear for special operations and general patrol use.
