Based on laminated high-tenacity Twaron® microfilaments, the PALLAS™ layup delivers a true all-around high-value ballistic blend. It offers higher levels of protection with similar flexibility and far lower weight than competing woven solutions.

Designed against the more strenuous VPAM standard, the PALLAS™ layup can stop multiple rounds fired at higher velocities and closer distances than the NIJ counterpart, ensuring a higher margin of safety, all without limiting flexibility or increasing bulk.

The layup provides a comparable comfort level to layups twice its price while also being up to 40%* more flexible than price-competitive pure UHMWPE layups.

Specifically engineered to mitigate the post-impact trauma and fragmentation threats experienced behind ICW (in conjunction with) hard armour systems, the ARES™ is purpose-built to slot in behind your existing hard armour plate.

Based on Spectra Shield® fibers laminated in a high-density rubber elastomer resin system combined with an aggressive edge stitch for increased multi-hit performance, the ARES™ also features a CARNA™ AT insert with SBR adhered high-tenacity Twaron® fibers for late-stage energy mitigation.

While being the least flexible of our layups, the ARES™ provides impressive threat mitigation if used as a standalone soft armour insert in a carrier system.

This layup is only available in a plate cut and cannot be purchased for use in a wrap-around vest. Furthermore, the stitching makes the final product incredibly rigid. It is, therefore, not recommended to be worn by persons with curvilinear body features.

Because of the incredibly thin yarns, the final package is among the slimmest ballistic packages available. Paired with its unparalleled flexibility, it is among the most concealable armour packages on the market, perfect for those working undercover or in special operations.

Another benefit is that this hybrid laminate can move co-axially completely unhindered. This makes it particularly well suited for those with curvilinear body features, such as personnel with busts, or those required to be exceptionally agile while on duty.

The TYR™ series has explicitly been designed for short wear durations and extreme close-range trauma mitigation against small-calibre munitions for those spearheading CQB/CQC tactical situations such as point-men, shield carriers and counter-terror units.

Based on a unique hybrid blend of materials and base fibers, the TYR™ layup brings the most cutting-edge ballistic materials currently on the market into a joint package, perfectly orchestrating the different stages of the ballistic event, layer by layer.

These stopping mechanisms lead to earlier mushrooming of the projectile, meaning fewer layers are perforated, providing extremely early bullet deformation, leading to a 50-60%* decrease in blunt force trauma compared to traditional HG2 / HG2 & VPAM 3 inserts.
