Product Registration
To register, use your phone to scan the code on your product
Due to the nature of our products and the importance of their reliability, we offer a registration form that requires your consent to store your contact information for the entire validity period of your product.
The reason for doing this is that we may contact you if we ever discover a manufacturing defect for a given lot number. This can be caused by a myriad of reasons, ranging from mistakes made on our end to receiving defective materials from our suppliers.
Signing up using this form lets us warn you and get a replacement component or item to you if this ever happens.
No information sent with this form will ever be used for advertising, and you won't receive an email, SMS or phone call unless we spot an error.
Once your warranty period is terminated for the given product, any submitted information is wiped from our databases.
If you do not wish to scan the code, you may press 'continue' until you get to the input screen and manually write your product information.

HEADBORNE PLATFORMS
Helmets will have their model, serial and lot number written on a sticker inside the helmet. On low-cut helmets, this will be in either of the ear cups.
Mid- and high-cut helmets will either have the sticker above the ear-fold or underneath the padding layer. If the sticker cannot be found in the helmet's default configuration, consult the manual to remove the padding layer.

PLATES & INSERTS
Plates, inserts, and removable armour components which can be slotted into a carrier will have their model, serial and lot number written on a sticker on the body side of the armour panel.
Specific models may have a label underneath the cover if the cover material is adequately see-through.

APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS
Every product supplied by RONIN ARMOUR ApS will feature a manual or a supply sheet. On the last page of every manual, you may find the model, lot, and the serial number of the product it is attached to.
For supply sheets, these can be found either on the back of the sheet or at the bottom of the front page.
